Brand Protect re-checks your brand name every week against live USPTO trademark filings, domain registrations across five TLDs, business entity records, and social handles, then alerts you the moment something changes.
You screened the name once. That was a snapshot. Filings, registrations, and expirations keep moving after you stop looking.
Weekly, we re-check the signals that decide whether your name stays yours: new trademark filings in your class, domains moving in or out of registration, entity registrations that conflict, handles going taken. Monthly, we track how the name is performing — authority, referring domains, backlinks, organic keywords, branded search volume, and how much of the first page of Google you hold.
Every card states its own meaning. A signal that hasn't changed says so. A signal we couldn't check says that instead of pretending it's clear.
Most of the time nothing happens and we tell you nothing happened. When something does move, you get one email that names the change, dates it, and tells you what you can still do about it.
Some windows close. An opposition period runs 30 days from publication and cannot be reopened. That's the deadline the alert exists for.
What you already own doesn't count against you. Declare which domains, handles, and marks are yours, and the score reflects your actual hold rather than raw availability. A trademark you own reads differently than the same mark held by someone else.
Brand Protect is included with Pro. Every new account gets a full BrandScreen report free, which is where watching a name begins.
